Job summary

You will partner with management, oversee compensation, benefits, performance, and talent management, and use HR analytics and technology such as Workday to improve outcomes. 5+ years of HR experience required; knowledge of Canadian employment laws essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, evaluate, and implement HR activities including engagement, compensation, benefits, and talent management.
• Serve as trusted advisor to management through cross-functional partnerships.
• Manage escalated employee concerns and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop and communicate HR analytics and recommendations to leadership.
