Job summary

GreenShield Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for a dedicated business line. The role partners with hiring managers to strategize and execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive experience for candidates and managers alike. Required are 3+ years in talent acquisition, fluency in English and French, and experience with ATS and full-cycle recruitment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business administration, human resources management, or related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiter roles, preferably in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Solid knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition for an assigned line of business.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to craft effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via multiple channels including online platforms and events.
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates; lead interviews with stakeholders.
• Conduct background/reference checks and facilitate offers and onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
