Qualifications

• University degree in HR, business admin, psychology or related field.
• 5–7 years of in-house recruitment experience.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define profiles and sourcing plans.
