Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, North America & EMEA to lead regional TA delivery and shape recruiting strategy across two major regions.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into actionable plans, develop leaders, and improve data usage and technology to ensure world-class talent. This role emphasizes strategy, execution, and cross‑regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including leadership in a multi-team, multi-region environment.
• Experience managing through leaders, allocating resources, and delivering against multi-year objectives.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting, workforce planning, sourcing, internal mobility, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition delivery across North America and EMEA through regional managers and team leads, with accountability for service, capacity, quality, and stakeholder commitments.
• Translate global TA priorities into regional operating plans, resource decisions, milestones, and performance expectations.
• Coach and develop subordinate leaders, clarify decision rights, support succession planning, and hold teams accountable for long‑term objectives.
