You will coach RSSs, RCs, and TAs, drive best practices across recruitment, and act as a talent advisor to hiring managers. You will manage multiple searches, meet KPIs, understand SOWs/MSAs, and translate analytics into actionable insights, while delivering consultative recruitment strategies to clients in a

Qualifications

• 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR.
• Experience conducting behavioural interviews for various roles.
• Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and client processes.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders concurrently.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities with direct sourcing focus.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with client KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide insight on market trends and act as a Talent Advisor.
• Collaborate with COEs and shared services to meet client needs.
• Mentor RSSs, TAs, and RCs on the account.
• Document all recruitment data accurately and timely.
