Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Talent Attraction & Sourcing Specialist to build proactive talent attraction strategies across North America. You will own sourcing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate engagement while managing a small portfolio of requisitions from intake through hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or employer branding.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and passive candidate search.
• Experience in recruitment across scientific, healthcare, pharma, biotech, CRO, or technical environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-volume roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring/critical roles.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify candidate pools.
• Engage passive talent and build talent communities.
• Manage small portfolio of requisitions from intake to offer.
