Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the global TA team and define recruitment strategy across CC&L and affiliates. The role guides sourcing, assessment, and hiring decisions while advancing a modern, scalable TA function with data and AI-enabled recruitment.

You will oversee a growing team of recruiters, partner with senior leaders, and drive continuous improvement in processes, technology, and candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience leading recruitment teams in complex, fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and hiring decisions
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and recruitment technology
• Strong data and talent intelligence capabilities
• Experience leading change and continuous improvement in TA
• Experience overseeing TA operations, systems, data, and vendor management
• Experience with ATS tools such as Greenhouse is an asset

• Lead our talent acquisition strategy with senior leaders and align with business priorities
• Act as trusted advisor on sourcing, assessment, selection and hiring decisions
• Develop and coach the Talent Acquisition team to foster collaboration and accountability
• Modernize TA using AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve productivity
• Build talent pipelines, employer brand and data-driven recruitment processes
