Job summary

Bison Transport is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to guide our recruitment strategy across North America and ensure we have the talent to support our growth.

Reporting to the VP, HR & People Development, you will lead Talent Acquisition across Canada, the United States and Mexico, partnering with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive pipelines. This role blends workforce planning with talent strategy to build capabilities for the future.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition or related field.
• Experience leading recruitment teams.
• Experience with workforce planning and strategic sourcing.
• Experience with outsourced/onshore/offshore workforce models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition across Canada, the United States and Mexico.
• Develop and coach a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Build recruitment strategies that support business growth and evolving needs.
• Lead executive, business-critical and difficult-to-fill recruitment initiatives.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and strategic sourcing approaches.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and future capability needs.
• Leverage technology, automation and analytics to improve recruiting outcomes.
• Manage external recruiting and sourcing partners.
• Support workforce strategies involving diverse talent models.
