Job summary

IPEX is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition in Oakville, Ontario, to lead North America recruitment efforts. The role partners with leaders, oversees a team of TA professionals, and drives strategic initiatives to meet staffing needs while promoting our employer brand.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for senior roles, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate with HR partners and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
• CHRP designation is an asset.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in senior roles.
• 5+ years of leading continuous improvement initiatives in HR/recruitment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years in building recruitment metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive recruitment initiatives and projects to support Talent Acquisition evolution.
• Assess effectiveness of existing programs and benchmark against HR strategy and business goals.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance candidate experience and TA efficiency.
• Improve end-to-end recruitment processes and define key metrics.
• Promote data literacy within the TA team and integrate metrics into decision making.
• Support hiring manager training, process improvements, and tech adoption.
• Build sourcing strategies including networking, referrals, and targeted advertising.
