A leading technology marketplace in Toronto is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Manager to drive data-driven strategies and improve revenue and customer experience. We’re seeking a sharp, data‑savvy, and action‑oriented Strategy & Analytics Manager to help unlock our next chapter of growth and efficiency. In this high‑impact role, you will partner closely with the Head of Canada and cross‑functional teams across marketing, risk, operations, finance, and product to develop and execute end‑to‑end strategies that drive revenue, improve customer experience, and reduce costs. You’ll combine structured thinking, analytical rigor, and execution focus to solve complex problems in a fast‑moving environment. This is a Toronto‑based, individual contributor role with visibility across both the Canadian and global Turo teams.
For this role, the target base salary range in Toronto is $124,000 – $155,000 CAD annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process, such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
