Affirm, Inc. seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to combine technical aptitude, communication, and problem solving to help enterprise merchants design scalable, reliable solutions on the Affirm platform.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in sales engineering, solution architecture, partner engineering, or related pre-sales roles.
• 3+ years of current experience in payments, fintech, or closely related industry.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the subject matter expert on affirm’s integration solutions and map capabilities to merchant systems.
• Architect end-to-end solutions addressing merchant challenges and tradeoffs across constraints.
• Build trust with enterprise merchants and foster long-term relationships.
• Partner with sales & partner engineering to drive opportunities for large customers.
• Provide actionable feedback to product management to influence development.
• Create reusable assets and training materials to scale pre-sales efforts.
• Contribute technical input to sales planning and forecasting; develop scalable engagement models.
• Develop pre-sales documentation and demos for new products and features.
