• Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills; interpreting financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Build financing packages that meet customers' business needs.
• Execute loans: structure, collect documentation, secure approvals, coordinate with internal teams.
• Lead complex lending solutions with credit risk assessment and structured financing.
• Mentor and coach team members to maintain excellence.
• Build relationships with FCC customers and internal partners; grow loan portfolio.
• Travel to customer operations to understand their business and provide tailored advice.
