Job summary

FCC is seeking a Senior Loans Analyst, Corporate Financing and Senior Accounts, to structure and evaluate lending solutions for large Canadian agriculture and food customers. You will work with Directors to analyze transactions, assess risks, and support strategic decisions.

You will structure syndicated facilities, multi-entity structures, and collaborate with banks, advisors, and law firms, while monitoring loan portfolios and ensuring compliance with FCC policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of lending experience.
• Advanced education is an asset.
• Experience in analyzing, structuring and recommending complex lending solutions.
• Ability to assess sophisticated financial structures and risks.
• Experience with syndicated lending and multi-lender transactions.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial information and provide credit recommendations.
• Assess risks across Canada and abroad.
• Evaluate and structure lending solutions including syndicated facilities.
• Support Relationship Managers and Credit Management with transactions.
• Set security conditions and covenants per FCC policies.
• Collaborate with banks, lawyers and financial partners.
• Provide ongoing transaction monitoring and loan portfolio management.
• Conduct industry and market analysis to support risk assessment.
• Mentor and coach team members to drive excellence.
