Job summary

BMO's Commercial Agriculture team is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to develop and deepen a client portfolio across Canada's agricultural sector. You will work with agricultural producers, agribusinesses, and industry stakeholders to deliver tailored financial solutions and strategic guidance.

In this role you will structure complex credit deals, grow wallet share, and provide high-value advice while collaborating with internal partners to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relationship management or portfolio management within commercial banking or a similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, commercial lending, and risk management.
• Proven ability to build lasting business relationships and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
