Job summary

Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, Agriculture Commercial Financing, to lead a complex portfolio of agriculture clients, delivering tailored financial solutions and acting as a strategic advisor.

You will structure loans, assess risk, mentor colleagues, travel to client operations, and build FCC presence in the local ag community, contributing to growth and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in ag finance, lending, credit analysis, business development or sales.
• Experience managing or supporting complex customer portfolios, including structuring financing solutions.
• Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Build financing packages that meet customer business needs.
• Execute loans, including structuring, gathering documentation, approvals, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Lead complex lending solutions with comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessment.
• Mentor teammates and build relationships with FCC customers and partners.
• Identify opportunities to grow your loan portfolio and travel to customer sites.
