They are seeking a Senior Quality Engineering Consultant to own end-to-end quality across a complex, hardware-enabled enterprise software ecosystem,

You will play a key role in evolving the organization from predominantly manual testing toward greater automation, with a strong focus on API, integration, and system-level testing across vendor and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute test strategies, plans, cases, and reporting across functional, non-functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Own end-to-end testing across enterprise software and physical kiosk terminals
  • Drive test automation adoption, converting high-value manual tests into automated coverage over time
  • Lead API and integration testing across multiple backend systems and databases
  • Act as a key quality partner between internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Perform root cause analysis across complex, interdependent systems
  • Support Agile delivery within cross-functional product teams
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of testing experience in complex enterprise or regulated environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with API and integration testing
  • Proven depth in manual testing with the ability and mindset to grow automation
  • Experience testing vendor-built or COTS systems
  • Comfort working across both software and hardware-integrated systems
  • Agile, adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
  • Kiosk, terminal, ATM, or hardware-adjacent testing experience
  • Public sector, banking, or highly regulated industry background
  • Exposure to CI/CD or DevOps environments
