Job summary

Mace is seeking a skilled planning and scheduling leader to guide project controls for major transit and transportation infrastructure programmes in Canada. The role focuses on applying planning methods, coordinating resources, and delivering high-quality scheduling outcomes across multi-disciplinary projects.

You will mentor teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while contributing to net zero carbon initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning/scheduling across multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of EVM and project controls methodologies.
• Ability to lead and develop teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leads application of planning/scheduling methods, techniques and tools.
• Determines and arranges project management and technical resources for the project.
• Communicates effectively with client, project team and stakeholders.
• Leads a team delivering planning/schedule management services and develops talent.
• Influences client proposals and recommendations.
• Supports net zero carbon transition during delivery of work.
