Mace is seeking a skilled planning and scheduling leader to guide project controls for major transit and transportation infrastructure programmes in Canada. The role focuses on applying planning methods, coordinating resources, and delivering high-quality scheduling outcomes across multi-disciplinary projects.

Mace is working on major transit and transportation infrastructure programmes in Canada and continues to build capability to support current and future client needs.

You will lead on the cost management services including estimating, procurement and cost planning, owning the quality of deliverables, strategic outcomes and building long term relationships with your clients.
You will lead operations that are fiscally and ethically viable, influencing the achievement of business objectives that align with business and legislative compliance obligations.
You will mentor, coach, and develop teams, demonstrating effective leadership to ensure excellence in delivery against plans, championing a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities.
The estimated salary for this position is 130,000 - 180,000 CAD. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
