Job summary

Mace in Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects from inception through delivery. You’ll oversee timeframes, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project promises.

The role offers hybrid working options in Canada, requires 10+ years of PM experience, strong budget control and risk management, and a proven ability to drive collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Budgetary oversight expertise.
• Coordinating activities with stakeholders and teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Analytical skills across estimating, scheduling, procurement, and contracts.
• Effective risk identification and mitigation.
• Experience with bidding and business development.
• Financial controls and fee proposal familiarity.
• Knowledge of HSE rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timeframes and budgets, and highlight risks, challenges and mitigations.
• Oversee project management for external clients from inception to post-completion.
• Ensure delivery aligns with stakeholders’ expectations and communicate strategies to the team.
• Lead client, consultant, and contractor teams to meet milestones.
• Actively drives collaboration between all parties.
• Produce design and authorities programmes integrated with procurement and delivery programme.
• Manage sequencing and production of staging plans.
