Job summary

Mace is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Rail & Transit team in Toronto. You will define project requirements, resources, and technical services to deliver against the Project Execution Plan, while leading teams and coordinating with stakeholders.

This role emphasizes safety, project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management, with a commitment to sustainability and net zero outcomes. A tertiary qualification in project management or construction is required, and MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS

Qualifications

• Holds a tertiary PM/construction qualification or equivalent experience.
• Member of MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS or working towards accreditation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, planning and applying PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements, resources and technical services to deliver the Project Execution Plan.
• Lead teams and stakeholders to meet strategic KPIs and objectives.
• Monitor health, safety and wellbeing across all delivery stages.
• Oversee plans, budgets, risks and timeframes with diligent management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain quality systems and risk management.
• Champion sustainability and net zero carbon outcomes in projects.
