TransLink is seeking a seasoned project controls professional in Vancouver to lead schedule development for large capital projects. The role drives performance monitoring, forecasting, and governance across a diverse portfolio with expert use of Primavera OPC and related tools.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management/business, PMP certification, and has extensive CPM scheduling and earned value experience.

Qualifications

• The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and PMP certification.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, EVM, and governance-based delivery models.
• Strong schedule risk assessment and analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule development for large capital projects or programs.
• Monitor performance, governance, and forecasting across portfolios.
• Integrate scheduling with cost control and risk management.
• Perform schedule risk analyses and recovery planning.
