Qualifications

• Hold a university degree in project management, engineering or administration.
• Certification in project management, ideally PMP.
• 8–10 years of technology project management experience, including 3+ years on multi-party projects with a corporate scope.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 project delivery, Power Platform and business intelligence.
• Experience with external firms or integrators.
• Experience in organizational transformation.
• Master project management tools.
• Experience in data literacy.
• Know concepts of costs in information technology.
• Master generative AI tools applied to project management.
• Sensitivity to non-functional requirements and technical debt.
• Certification in change management is an asset.
• Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA-AAC) is an asset.
• Experience in a non-profit organization (NPO) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and document business needs when the nature of the project requires it.
• Model and challenge target business processes; identify efficiencies and friction before engaging technology.
• Support writing of functional specifications with the business analyst and teams concerned.
• Evaluate project value using ROI, cost, and total cost of ownership; confirm alignment with strategic objectives.
• Carry out impact studies and propose appropriate solutions.
• Plan and animate adoption: stakeholders, communications, training, super-users, adoption measurement after go-live.
• Structure and animate complex problem solving: root cause analysis, options, documented recommendation.
• Track project and portfolio KPIs; produce status reports for management and governance bodies.
• Initiate and feed profit tracking after commissioning; contribute to PMOTI templates and lessons learned.
