Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Program, Project, or Commercial Management or a related field.
• PMI/AACE certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in Project Controls in large infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Project Controls team on high‑risk, large‑scale projects or portfolios.
• Direct Project Controls services to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Develop budgets and delivery plans for Project Controls in consultation with project teams and clients.
• Review operating/delivery plans and ensure KPIs, milestones and risk mitigation actions are followed.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members and oversee cross‑functional collaboration.
