Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 10-15 years of related experience with supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
• Strong cost management and reporting background required.
• Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related fields.
• Proficiency with project controls software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and specialized assistance for complex project control problems.
• Client interface; attends meetings and offers strategic recommendations for decision-making.
• Advise on program master coding architecture and robust reporting across the program.
• Develop and implement project controls procedures for schedule, cost, earned value, risk and change management.
• Oversees preparation and progress of the Master Development Schedule.
• Manages a team of Project Control specialists; assesses impact of design changes and schedule slippages.
• PMIS oversight and reporting for the position.
• Recommends and oversees implementation/customization of project control systems.
• Coordinates staffing, assigns work, trains personnel, and conducts performance reviews.
• Performs other responsibilities as appropriate.
