Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders in Vancouver seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure, institutional and mixed-use projects. You will manage complex delivery from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet schedule and budget targets.

The role requires at least 5 years of project management experience, a engineering-related degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager delivering municipal infrastructure, institutional, facilities or mixed-use projects.
• University degree or diploma in engineering, architecture or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• E.I.T./P.Eng. preferred with strong client-facing delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships and serve as the client’s single point of contact.
• Lead design, construction and operation understanding of infrastructure assets.
• Ensure client satisfaction and protect client interests on contractual and technical issues.
• Organize project teams, set authority levels, and establish communication lines.
• Oversee project document control and compliance with quality management systems.
• Chair project and site meetings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Regularly report status via schedule updates, minutes and financial records.
• Provide oversight of change management, payments, and contract administration.
