Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Manager for the St-Constant Cement Plant in Quebec. You will own safety, financial and operational performance, develop budgets, cost-savings plans and KPIs while ensuring safe working conditions.

You will drive collaboration across plant, sales and logistics, promote agility and continuous improvement, and lead policy development and capital projects. The role requires bilingual French/English and a strong leadership background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Preferred Field of Study: Production, Automation, Mechanical, Chemical.
• 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience and 5 years of progressive management experience.
• Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP experience.
• 10% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Health and safety leadership and adherence to HSMS.
• Develop budgets, cost savings and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Distribution to meet market demands and communicate transparently.
• Oversee plant operations from raw materials & fuel handling to cement grinding and packaging.
• Develop and apply plant policies and procedures and promote continuous improvement.
