Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Manager for the St-Constant Cement Plant in Canada. You will own safety, financial and operational performance, lead budgets and KPI targets, and foster collaboration across plant, sales and logistics.

You will promote a culture of agility and empowerment while driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or related field.
• Experience with production, automation, mechanical or chemical processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and health conditions at the cement plant.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cost savings and KPI targets.
• Drive performance via PDP process and annual budgeting.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and procurement for cost optimization.
