Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Manager for the St-Constant cement plant to lead safety, financial performance and day-to-day operations, while guiding the team toward operational excellence. You will develop budgets, drive cost savings, manage KPIs, coordinate with sales and logistics, and promote a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor of Engineering, 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience with 5 years in leadership, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• 5 years of progressive management experience.
• Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety policy and training at plants.
• Develop budgets, cost savings and KPI targets.
• Coordinate with Sales, Distribution and maintenance.
• Drive productivity and ensure raw materials/fuels availability and cost optimization.
• Promote environment, regulatory compliance and community relations.
• Coach staff and implement succession planning.
