Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Production Manager for the St-Constant Cement Plant. You will oversee safety, financial performance, and operations, promoting a culture of agility and continuous improvement.

This role requires hands-on leadership across plant, sales, and logistics to deliver safe, efficient production. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial manufacturing with 5+ years in management, bilingual English-French, and experience in cement production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience and 5 years of progressive management experience.
• Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in cement manufacturing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Promotes health and safety culture; ensures safe working conditions and compliance with policies.
• Drives budget development, cost savings, and KPI targets; participates in monthly financial reviews.
