Job summary

Amrize in Saint-Constant, Canada, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance execution team and ensure plant equipment is maintained reliably and cost-effectively.

You will coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities, review requirements with production, support budgeting, and provide weekly cost reporting while upholding health, safety, and environmental policies across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Extensive experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
• Experience coordinating maintenance teams and activities.
• Proficiency with SAP, MS Office, Google Suite and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance execution team to ensure reliable and cost-effective plant equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities and planned shutdowns.
• Review maintenance requirements with production and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide maintenance performance analysis and drive improvements.
• Assist in developing and executing the annual mechanical budget.
• Provide weekly reporting on maintenance costs and expenditures.
