Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Manager for the St-Constant Cement Plant in Canada to lead safety, financial and operational performance and drive continuous improvement.

You will manage budgets, KPI targets, and collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Logistics while ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental policies. Bilingual French/English required; 10% travel; 10+ years in industrial manufacturing with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree required.
• 10 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• 5 years of progressive management experience.
• Bilingual French and English required.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce health and safety policies across all plant areas.
• Develop and manage budgets, cost plans and KPI targets; participate in PDP process.
• Collaborate with Sales and Distribution to ensure products meet market needs.
• Oversee plant equipment performance and maintenance; optimize operations.
• Ensure environmental compliance and stakeholder relations; follow site permits.
• Lead people management including staffing, coaching and succession planning.
