Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Yard Supervisor for the Saint-Constant plant to direct yard operations, manage housekeeping, unload materials, and oversee tire/rubber injection activities. You will champion safety, drive efficiency, and lead improvement projects aligned with plant goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in cement or related industries, fluency in French and English, and strong leadership with a hands-on approach to daily operations and team development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in cement or similar industries.
• Experience coordinating yard activities and maintenance.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct yard workers and coordinate with production, maintenance, and other departments.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate yard activities during normal operations and turnarounds.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are followed and improvements tracked.
• Provide reporting on consumables, man-hours, and tool usage to managers.
• Lead induction and ongoing training for hourly employees and shift personnel.
• Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to environmental and quality policies.
