Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Manager to lead the St-Constant cement plant, overseeing safety, budgets and performance. You will drive cost savings, coordinate with sales and logistics, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of manufacturing experience, 5 years in management, and bilingual fluency in French and English, with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Cement experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering or related field; equivalent experience.
10 years of industrial manufacturing experience with 5 years of progressive management.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in cement manufacturing is an asset.
Proven leadership, strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

Direct accountability for safety, financial and operational performance of the St-Constant Cement Plant production.
Develop and execute budgets, cost savings plans and KPI targets.
Ensure safe working conditions and promote a proactive safety culture.
Collaborate across plant, sales and logistics to meet market demands.
Lead people management, policy adherence and unionized workplace requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the site.
