Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Planning Lead to drive planning and scheduling for a multi-phased, multi-billion-dollar program in Kincardine, Ontario. You will develop, challenge, and update complex schedules using Primavera P6, aligning with milestones and deliverables.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders, present at executive levels, monitor progress, identify variances, and support EVM reporting and baseline development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale infrastructure and/or energy projects.
• 10+ years in leadership or lead scheduling capacity across complex programs.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
• Experience in nuclear or other highly regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, challenge, drive, maintain, and update highly complex project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Present schedules at C-Suite and Board levels with clear justification.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to validate logic and sequencing.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, and provide regular schedule performance reports.
• Support development of baselines and integration with master project plan.
• Conduct critical path and risk analysis to identify delays and mitigations.
• Develop and report against EVM targets and identify efficiencies.
• Contribute to QSRA’s and QCRA’s and participate in project meetings.
