Job summary

BWXT Canada Ltd. is seeking a Project Controls Specialist for site projects in Bruce County, Ontario. This role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules, budget baselines, and performance reports to support delivery on large nuclear-related programs.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, Proposal teams, and customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment between schedule, cost, and scope while applying Primavera P6 and EV analysis to drive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field is required.
• 10+ years of related Project Controls experience in complex programs is expected.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel with earned value reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor large, complex projects with budgets over $100M.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and cost baselines.
• Produce monthly forecasts, Earned Value, and cost reports for stakeholders.
