Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Canada in Ontario seeks a Senior Construction Leader to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale nuclear projects. You will direct field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and quality are met.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee work packages, ITPs, interfaces across engineering, procurement, QA, commissioning, and construction, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive construction experience with self-performed work and procurement.
• 10 years managing complex, high-value energy infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience in a self-performing construction environment with hands-on field activities.
• Proven track record managing design-build projects that require integrated management of design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction phases ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget.
• Oversee Work Packages, ITPs, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, QA, and commissioning teams.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Report project performance and risks to senior management.
• Maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
