Job summary

Qualifications

• 13-17 years of related experience.
• College and/or University degree in a related field, or applicable work experience.
• Applied knowledge of Earned Value principles.
• Applied knowledge of Project Management and Project Controls principles.
• Applied knowledge of cost engineering and cost control.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for compliance of assigned projects with project controls standards and Shoreline policies.
• Supervise project controls planning and scheduling staff.
• Manage the development and maintenance of the cost control systems.
• Ensure continuity between project estimates and baseline budgets.
• Oversee the creation of a detailed, resource-loaded schedule in P6.
• Assist in setting up project accounting systems and cost codes.
• Review contracts to ensure invoicing, reporting and change management are fulfilled.
• Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards.
