Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of related scheduling experience in EPC or mega-projects.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience in a nuclear/regulated environment desirable.
• Ability to develop and maintain complex resource-loaded schedules.
• Exposure to Earned Value Management practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project set-up: establish WBS, control accounts, baselines.
• Create and maintain project status reports, forecasts, dashboards.
• Develop lookahead reports and resource plans aligned with baselines.
• Perform variance analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Lead schedule meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Maintain schedule baselines and support change control.
