Critical Mass is hiring a Senior Performance Media Manager, Investment to lead planning, management and execution of client media strategies across display, programmatic, video, mobile, social, and emerging channels. Expertise in OOH and Print is essential, with strong leadership and client-facing presentation skills.

You will partner with Marketing Science and Strategy, own day-to-day client and vendor relationships, and guide a team of planners on multi-channel campaigns while driving

Formación

• 5+ years experience as a Senior Media Associate or similar role in media.
• Deep knowledge of search, display, video, social, and emerging channels including OOH and Print.
• Proven leadership of large accounts in an integrated agency setup.
• Experience in investment/finance category preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee management, trafficking, optimization, and reporting of all campaign initiatives.
• Manage billing team and approve billing needs.
• Oversee media campaign setup and execution with internal teams and clients.
• Provide strategic insights and optimizations for client reports.
• Research and prepare materials for paid media plans, RFPs, and presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships in display and emerging media communities.
