This position provides authoritative level consulting, technical planning, technical design/architecture and operational delivery regarding Network, Telephony and Security Management. Focusing on performance, budget, scalability, resilience and security, you will have the responsibility of providing mentorship at an expert level regarding customer and technical partner concerns for all network support issues. Collaborating on new projects, you possess the ability to connect with business partners and vendors, train and mentor peers as the need arises and at any time able to translate sophisticated technical information into business language that can be actioned upon.

Key Responsibilities & Subsequent Duties:

  1. Coordinate or executes assessments of internal and partner systems and architecture.
  2. Ongoing review of evolving technologies ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  3. Design, develop & support secure Network projects and solutions powered by Cisco and related network devices.
  4. Develops Network strategies, policy and standards and ensures their relevance with scheduled reviews.
  5. Monitor and leads event management concerning the configuration of all network entities.
  6. Participates in all aspects of enterprise management including configuration, monitoring, compliance (patching) and strategic discussions.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience in the field of enterprise Support.
  2. 5 years of proven network design and troubleshooting skills at a senior level with Cisco certification (CCNP or CCIE).
  3. 2 years in design/engineering of Cisco enterprise core along with Amazon cloud networks.

Other Skills/Qualifications:

  1. Proficient Cisco Core 7/9K routing skills with CCNP or CCIE level certification.
  2. Solid understanding of SDWAN required, preferably SilverPeak or equivalent.
  3. Certification level security experience (i.e. VPN, Firewalls).
  4. Solid understanding of WiFi required, preferably Meraki or equivalent.
  5. Good understanding of Telco transport technologies.
  6. Experience in budgeting, capacity planning, presentation skills.
  7. Solid grasp of telephony and contact center technologies such as: SIP, Cube Routers, Voice Gateways and Amazon Connect.
