Placements24 in Kimberley, ZA seeks a Senior Mining Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior mining roles from exploration to production. You will source, assess, and place geologists, engineers and managers, while building strong client relationships in the Northern Cape mining community.

You will mentor junior staff, apply advanced sourcing techniques, and ensure placements meet safety and technical requirements, contributing to client growth and project success within

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with mining/ heavy industry focus
• Proven success filling senior/specialist roles in mining
• Strong understanding of the mining lifecycle from exploration to production
• Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized mining roles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical and operational positions in mining.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key mining clients in the Northern Cape.
• Conduct market research on talent, compensation and industry trends.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and leaders.
• Provide expert recruitment strategy advice to clients on mining needs.
• Ensure placements meet technical and safety requirements.
• Mentor junior recruitment team members.
