About the Role

Our client, a leading specialist Recruitment Consultancy with a strong focus on the mining sector, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mining Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA . This is a crucial role responsible for managing complex recruitment assignments for mining operations, from exploration to production. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years specializing in the mining, resources, or heavy industry sectors.
• Proven success in recruiting for roles such as Geologists, Mining Engineers, Metallurgists, Plant Operators, and Management positions.
• Strong understanding of the mining lifecycle, from exploration to processing.
• Excellent knowledge of the Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA mining landscape and its key players.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex recruitment projects simultaneously.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Mining Engineering, Geology, HR) is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and drive business growth.
