Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in Industrial & Manufacturing sectors.
• Experience recruiting for technical, operational and managerial roles in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of the South African industrial and manufacturing market, especially in the Northern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for industrial and manufacturing roles, including plant managers, engineers, technicians and supervisors.
• Develop and maintain client relationships in manufacturing, mining support and heavy industry sectors.
• Proactively source candidates using advanced search techniques and networks.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience and culture fit.
• Provide clients with expertise on talent strategies, market compensation and best practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Meet and exceed recruitment targets and contribute to team goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends affecting Kimberley’s industrial landscape.
