Job summary

TerraSource Global seeks a senior sales leader to drive profitable growth across Canada for our mining segment. You will shape market strategy, strengthen customer relationships, and lead sales performance for capital equipment and aftermarket parts & services.

Location is Saskatoon with preferred remote work; 50%+ travel across Canada and some international travel, primarily to the U.S. You will collaborate across Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Contracts and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in mining, industrial, or power sectors.
• Strong background in capital equipment and aftermarket sales.
• Experience in the potash industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategies (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability.
• Manage the full sales funnel, from opportunity identification to closing.
• Balance sales across capital equipment and aftermarket offerings.
• Build strong relationships with key mining customers across Canada.
• Understand customer technical challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Actively monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Track and report performance vs. targets using Salesforce & Power BI.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data for forecasting and planning.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and commercial offers.
• Develop and support distributors and sales representatives.
• Evaluate partner performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Contracts, and Customer Service teams.
