Job summary

Globe 24-7 is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive regional growth across Western Canada, focusing on mining basins, contractor networks, and major producing operations. You will lead strategic sales, engage technically at the field level, and develop key accounts to convert trials into enduring supply agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development or technical sales in mining consumables or related sectors.
• Deep familiarity with drilling applications: Rotary Tricone, DTH, Top Hammer systems.
• Ability to open new territories and convert technical evaluations into long-term supply contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth plans across priority basins in Western Canada (AB, BC, YT, NT, SK).
• Identify and pursue opportunities with mining contractors, open-pit/underground operators, and distributors.
• Drive sales of drilling consumables and demonstrate value through performance and cost-per-meter savings.
• Lead tender submissions, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to relay field feedback for product improvement and ensure stock supply for remote sites.
