Job summary

Bradken Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand our Canadian mining presence. This remote role covers a nationwide Canada territory with significant travel to mine sites and customer facilities.

You will identify opportunities, build long-term relationships, and work closely with operations, engineering, and procurement to deliver value-driven wear and mill liner solutions. The ideal candidate brings mining-focused technical sales experience, a strong network in the sector,

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in technical sales within mining.
• Knowledge of Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, Wear Solutions and Grinding Circuit Equipment.
• Established network within mining companies, EPCM organisations, OEMs, or related industries.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a remote Canada-wide sales territory.
• Identify new business opportunities with mining sites and EPCMs.
• Partner with operations, engineering and procurement to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Travel regularly to mining locations and customer sites across Canada.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners and networks.
