A leading telecommunications company in Toronto is seeking a Senior Market Manager for Wireline Retention Insights & Strategy. The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in reporting on churn performance and leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer retention. A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience and strong analytical skills are required. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $134,000, along with a bonus structure and comprehensive benefits.

This exciting role is at the very center of our Wireline business supporting one of our most important business outcomes - improving customer churn and retention.
As the Senior Market Manager responsible for Wireline Retention Insights & Strategy, you will be responsible for reporting on Wireline churn performance and trending, uncovering key areas of opportunity and risk, and leading cross-functional teams from across the organization to effectively prioritize and implement initiatives to improve customer retention.
Together, we will deliver industry-leading customer retention outcomes built on the foundation of our “Customer’s First” promise.
What you bring
Salary Range: $90,000-$134,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
