Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for senior living accounts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Manage conversion tracking and attribution using GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrate the numbers in client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
