Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living to own paid media for senior living clients across multi-location operators and home care networks. You will steer targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and narrative during client conversations.

The role emphasizes strategic voice, data-driven decision making, and a strong track record in paid media optimization. Remote work is available for Canada, South Africa, or USA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft)
• Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA/pipeline metrics
• Experience managing multiple client campaigns in an agency setting
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Experience in senior living or multi-location businesses is a plus

Responsabilités

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your client accounts
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign
• Implement and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As PPC Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
