Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a PPC Manager, Senior Living. You will own paid media for senior living clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, shaping strategy, budgets, roadmaps and the client narrative.

This full-time, remote role requires leadership in bidding, testing, attribution, and campaign growth, with clear communication on calls to US and Canadian clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Agency experience across multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US/Canada clients on live calls
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship
